Time Flies

    I am praying about how to keep my followers informed on how God is working in my life and I realize that the week is almost up and I have nothing.  God has been working mostly on my attitude and patience.  I am grateful for all He is doing in my life and the doors that He is opening.  I am seeing people that I do not see very often.  I am making more of an effort to tell people how much they mean to me. I know that every day my time is growing closer to when I will leave.  Even though I have no idea what day that will be.  It makes me emotional, grateful, and excited.  I hope that my excitement does not hurt anyone, but that they get excited with me.
     God has really done well in providing for my mission through the facebook yardsale and people.  Last week I was getting a little worried about my funds because nothing appeared to be happening and I managed to contact everyone that has been in my life in the last four years.  I was only at about 42% promised.  Since then, God has gotten me up to a little over 50% promised.  He is using my prayer partner to connect me with people outside my inner circle that would be willing to hear about what I am doing.  I am listening to advise and opening myself up to new ways of connecting with people.  I know that it is a big risk not to ask directly for the money, but I feel that it is important to allow God to work in the hearts of the people He has planned to be my financial partners.  I ask people to pray about what kind of partner God is leading them to be in my mission and I allow Him to do all the work from there.  Many people tell me no, but that doesn't phase me.  He has his people chosen, all I am responsible for is to give them the opportunity.

 

    God provides for all of our needs and our desires as we summit our will with His desires for our life.  He provides abounding beauty.  All we have to do is open our eyes and look.
