My Spiritual Gifts

12 "So it is with you. Since you are eager for gifts of the Spirit, try to excel in those that build up the church."  1 Corinthians 14:12

My personality is ENFJ-T.  That means that I am Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, Judging, and Turbulent.  Most of those things sound bad to me, so I really had to look into it.  I am 58% extraverted which means I a 42% introverted.  I use intuition and feel things out, but ultimately I use facts to make judgment calls.  The turbulent part I believe has to do with that I am more or less right down the middle.  I have been told that it is a rare personality combination.  It makes me a diplomat that uses social engagements.
My top three spiritual gifts are in ministry is ministry, faith, and administration.  The main daily tool I use is extortation.  I try to see the best in people and bring it to their attention.  I do not seek the spotlight, so I am not a minister in the sense that I will get up and preach.  Mine is more a of walking with people in life and helping them through the hard times.  My degree is Psychology: Christian Counseling.  However, I never saw myself in an office.  Again, my passion is walking with people in life and help them while they are hurting to turn to God.  To watch people grow strong through Him and change.

As for administration, I am very organized and can see how things can function better.   However, most of the time I keep my mouth shut because offending people doesn't help anything.  I usually wait until people ask me for my opinion or help.  Again, I have no desire to be in an office all day, so I use it in practical and ways in everyday life.  That said, if I am needed in an office and that is the best way I can help serve God, then I will be more than willing.
Since moving to Bolivia, I have learned so much about who I am through Christ.  He has shown me all my weaknesses with bold lights emphasizing them.  At the same time, He has been molding me, showing me how I can better serve Him.  I know now and seek to serve Him in the best way possible.  It always comes down to what is the best interest of the Church.  In how the church serves God as a whole.
