Communication

It is very important that I improve my Spanish and I do want to, but I am not good at it.  I find that I am so much better communicating in the silent language.  That is I have learned that you say so much more with your face, body language, and gestures.  I find that I am able to give directions now even if I don't get all the words out correctly.  That people are accepting me as one of them and are very patient with me when I stumble over my words.  No matter how frustrated I get and want to cry, I try to keep a smile on my face.
I have even learned that here people communicate with how they drive.  I sometimes find all the honking and reving of the engines annoying, but that is how people communicate.  In the states and possibly other countries we have very strict rules about a lot of things.  We don't really communicate with how we drive other than an occasional honk, yelling out the window, and blinkers.  Here, how they menuvuer the car is communicating.  For the longest time, I thought that it was just chaotic and no rhyme or reason to it.  That is was a miracle that they didn't kill each other.  Now I understand and I find it kind of nice (except when I have a headache).  I still don't want to drive here though and if I do, I will get a motorcycle or something like that to menuvuer better.
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body[c] and in your spirit, which are God’s.  1 Corinthians 6:19-20
